Shipping Rates
We offer basic rate shipping for all orders. The destination and weight of the package determine the final shipping cost.

Shipping Methods
We provide multiple shipping options, including Standard and Express delivery. Express shipping charges may vary depending on your delivery location.
Please note that delivery times can differ based on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after being placed. During high-demand or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery for standard shipping is 3–5 business days, depending on the location and courier service.

Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it (including the shipping address). Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier disruptions, or customs clearance. We’ll notify you promptly in such cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact the courier directly for assistance in such cases.


Returns & Exchanges

⚠️ Important: For sale orders

  • No returns are accepted for all orders placed during the ANY SALE.

  • Style exchange is not allowed.

  • Only size exchange for the same product is allowed, subject to availability.

  • No exceptions will be made for these sale periods.


Standard Return Policy (For Non–Sale Orders)

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving their order.

For all return orders, a ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges are exempt from this return shipping fee.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchange requests will be processed once the returned product passes quality inspection.

Restocking Fees
Multiple returns or exchanges from the same order may incur restocking fees to cover handling and operational costs.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it immediately with clear photos showing the condition and product tag.
Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling will not be covered. All such cases will be resolved in accordance with our brand’s policy.
